Expect a reply within about three working days. It is one person reading the inbox, so a busy week can stretch that; a message never goes unread.

Corrections

Corrections get priority. If a guide describes a menu path that has moved, quotes a price or a rule Roblox has since changed, or is simply wrong, say which guide and what you saw and it will be re-checked. Include the page title or its address if you can. Confirmed errors are fixed and the page's "Updated" date is changed, so the correction is visible rather than silent. Guides describe Roblox as it looked at the time of writing — the disclaimer explains why that matters.

Suggest a guide

Tell us what you wish someone had explained when you started on Roblox. Requests that name a specific question — the thing you searched for and could not find a straight answer to — are the ones most likely to become a guide.

Privacy and legal

Data-protection requests under the GDPR or the CCPA, and anything about this site's terms, go to the same address; put "Privacy" or "Legal" in the subject line and it gets handled first. What data does and does not exist here is set out in the privacy policy, and the rules for using the site are in the terms of use.

What this inbox cannot do

RobloxHub is an independent fan project with no affiliation to Roblox Corporation, so it cannot recover a Roblox account, reverse a ban, refund a purchase, or look anything up on your account. Those all go to Roblox support. And nobody here will ever ask for your Roblox password, offer you Robux, or message you first asking for account details — anyone who does is running a scam, which why free Robux is a scam covers in detail.
